Looks like as if Fender wants that IPO sooner than Gibson and continuous to buy company after company. The newest fish in the net is Groove Tubes. After the “merge” between TC and Gibson I have the feeling that the biggies are after mind-sized brands with a focus on quality gear. Something that Fender can`t deliver anymore these days in their standard products.
